Dr. Raghu K G

Dr. Raghu and his research group have been actively working on the basic biology of metabolic syndromes and their associated complications for the past two decades. Their work also focuses on the investigation of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants reported in the Indian systems of medicine, aiming at lead generation through a reverse pharmacology approach for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
