Ms. Mridula Vellore, M.Phil, is a scientific research professional with over a decade of experience in biotechnology, scientific writing, bibliometric analysis, and research capacity building. She currently serves as Senior Research Assistant â Scientific Writing at the Jubilee Centre for Medical Research (JCMR), Jubilee Mission Medical College & Research Institute, Thrissur. She is pursuing her Ph.D. (part-time) from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, with a research focus on research evaluation and bibliometrics.
Her expertise lies in scholarly communication, academic writing, publication analysis, research reporting standards, and institutional research support systems. At JCMR, she plays a key role in strengthening the research ecosystem through publication support, grant editing, mentoring of young researchers, and systematic documentation of institutional research output. She is also actively involved in academic training, delivering lectures and workshops on scientific writing, research methodology, and bibliometrics at universities, academic institutions, and national webinars.
