Ms. Liji M. J, M.Sc, is a Research Assistant at the Cell and Molecular Biology Facility, Jubilee Centre for Medical Research, Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute, Thrissur, with over a decade of experience in Microbiology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Genetics. She possesses strong expertise in Small Animal experimentation, animal cell and tissue culture, molecular biology techniques, genetic studies, and in-vivo and in-vitro pharmacological research, including toxicity, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anti-hepatic studies. A skilled experimentalist, she is proficient in nucleic acid isolation and quantitation, PCR, electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, CBMN cyt assay, comet assay, routine biochemical and microbiological assays, and clinical sample handling.
